OM AH HUM VAJRA GURU PADME SIDDHI HUM

In this time of turmoil and suffering let the  blessings of Buddha bring peace, prosperity and healing to everyone, and help them ward off all the evil and suffering.

Time travel is a huge theory. In layman's terms you can either travel to the past or the future.

Some mathematicians and physicists will argue about whether we can travel at all in time? Whether we can travel to the past or to the future? Or is it possible to make changes there? I am not well equipped to answer that. As an artist it's a mesmerizing thought and that thought has forced a sketch that I have penned down.

Some experts say that time travel is like a paradox or a loop in time. Once again I am no one to comment on that. But the idea is thrilling, and to keep that idea active and working in your mind a great Daoist thinker once said that he dreamt that he was a butterfly, and he believed it so much that when he woke up, he was a bit confused whether he was a man who had dreamt he was a butterfly or whether now he was a butterfly dreaming he is a man.

Look carefully you may find hints of the same in the sketch.

#crossover
#Phantom
#Punisher

As a kid before Superman, Batman or Captain America came in my life, I was introduced to a horse riding, gun slinging superhuman....The Phantom.
The storyline was simple and intriguing.

After I grew up another super human, The Punisher, caught my attention and somewhere the pic of the skull brought back old memories.

So an attempt to do a cross over two super humans resulted in .... The Phantom Punisher

My illustration of Wuthering Heights

Love is not only sweet, love is not only soft. Love is not about good times, love is not about pretty whispers.

Love can at times bring destruction and vengeance. As someone rightly said "It was not the thorn bending to the honey suckle, but the honey suckles embracing the thorns"

Beware of love....
My illustration of Wuthering Heights....
A book that left a deep impact on my heart.

Durga Puja doesn’t mean new clothes, fun, frolic, and friends. It’s celebrated as, Dussehra, Durga Puja, Dasai etc. But end of the day it upholds the lesson that our ancestors taught us. No nation can thrive without empowering their women. They are the ones who build homes, societies, states and nations.

Inspired by the movie: Inception

Plant an idea so deep that you lose track, the dream becomes the reality and the reality a dream. If you need to find your way back home, out of the rabbit hole, just keep your totem handy.

In present day, we are surrounded with stress, depression and unhappiness. It seems we are trapped in a remote location, within our brain. The escape path is visible, but we are so doped with our stress and unhappiness, we don't even make an attempt to escape.

There are friends out there who are doctors. While people like me, we are staying at home in the safe abode, these unsung heroes are stepping out. They are fighting a battle, we don't know how many of us will see till the end. This sketch is not to show how good an artist I am, this is a salute to these real Avengers.

The Mountain Of The Moon (My Version)

Was reading the book "Chander Pahar" (The mountain of the Moon) by Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay.

As I was going through the vivid description of Africa and the protagonists journey and adventure there, a picture cropped up in my mind. So today, my version of "Chander Pahar"
